Do you have specific collection times?
Yes, collection windows are either 9am-10am or 4pm-5.30pm. This needs to be confirmed when you
place an order
Do you deliver?
We offer delivery for orders $150 and over. The delivery fee will vary depending on location
Within 10km: Free
10-20km: $10
20-30km: $15
30-40km: $20
Anything further will be quoted accordingly
What is in your baking?
Premium quality ingredients, no preservatives. Just pure homemade goodness
Do you have any eggless products?
All our Biscuits and Burfee are eggless (except Romany Creams). Our Snowballs and Brownies contain egg.
Do you offer gluten free products?
Unfortunately, not at this stage however it could we something we explore in the future.
Are your products Halaal?
All our products are 100% Halaal. This includes essence and toppings
How should I store products?
In an airtight container in a cool dark place out of direct sunlight.
How should I store your products and how long will it last?
We recommend you consume your baked goods fresh upon collection/delivery.
Should you consume them at a later stage or have leftovers, please see below information:
Biscuits
Shelf life: 4 weeks
Store in an airtight container in a cool dark place out of direct sunlight. If it is a really hot day and
chocolate melts, you could pop them into the fridge to harden
Burfee
Shelf life: 1 week
As this is a dairy based product, please keep it in the fridge until ready to consume
Snowballs
Shelf life: 2 days
Store in an airtight container
Brownies
Shelf life: 3-4 days
Store in airtight container and make sure you warm for 10-15 seconds before consuming
